The quality of the film I ordered couldn't be better if it had been released by the actual movie studio. I don't know how you do it, but your attention to quality is PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT.
Thank you so much.

5 of 5 fabulous mystery/character study October 13, 2015
Reviewer: F. REYNOLDS CLOUGH from MIAMI, FL United States
This splendid film was released in a year when many big films were being shown, causing it to be little-seen and undeservedly so!  Baker is excellent as the title heroine, refusing to be defeated by life's hard knocks. Maharis is equally fine in an endearingly low-key performance.  It is the performance of the ebullient Ann Sothern as a blowsy, world-weary dame that steals the picture; she is absolutely unforgettable and deserved an Oscar nomination!

5 of 5 60's American Mainstream Cinema Gets Dirty December 11, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from New York, NY United States
Though it is contrived, this story of a miserable prostitute's neurotic quest for money and class has many shocking and powerful moments that remain in the memory. Carroll Baker's beauty is captivating, and she was maligned for giving a courageously understated performance, rather than the overblown and melodramatic one most critics and audiences expected. (The director, Gordon Douglas, may also have had something to do with Baker's performance.) George Maharis is handsome and charismatic in the role of the heroic private investigator, but he wasn't appreciated much either.
