Amina Nera 1962 DVD
Excellent quality DVD of a 1962 Italian film complete with English subtitles. Very impressed with sellers catalogue of rare foreign films.

Nadja Tiller rises above.
The first time I've seen Tiller, and she even outperforms Gassman, who is (for me) always topnotch. This film wasn't much, if anything, more than a soap opera - too dramatic, cheesy, until Tiller dominates it with her technique and presence. The scene in which she tells Gassman's wife 'which side is up' is nearly spellbinding.
