Maigret voit rouge
This is the last of the Jean Gabin Maigret films. Many consider it to be the lesser of the films but in my opinion it stands on its own as a great crime film. It is exciting and the acting is terrific. The DVD transfer is very good with good picture and sound. If you like French crime films it is well worth buying this rare title from Movie Derective.

The last of Gabins three Maigret films
Having seen and liked Gabins other Maigret movies on Kino blu-rays Maigret Sets a Trap and The St. Fiacre Case so I jumped at the chance to see this final outing. The transfer is wide screen and looks fine. Interesting view of Americans
