From the view point of one character, a young woman, this film show us the forced collectivization of the economy and the violent suppression of human rights. The three main actors are terrific and we can understand the different motivations of its characters and be moved by them. Only a little problem: white subtitles on white background, but even so, we can feel the movie, so good it is.
Not the usual anticommunist propaganda
