Dimitris Horn gives one of the better performances of his career in Alekos Sakellarios' musical-comedy riff on the Faust legend, adapted from the play he co-wrote with Christos Yiannakopoulos. Horn plays an elderly man who plays chess nightly with his best friend (Spyros Moussouris) as they watch the next door neighbor's daughter (Maro Kondou) grow into a beautiful woman. Moussouris asks the girl's mother for permission to marry her, believing that his wealth will be enough to overcome the age barrier, but Horn decides to go for broke, selling his soul to the Devil in order to become a handsome young man.
